- In Google Sheets: File → Import → Upload, drop the file, choose Replace spreadsheet.
- The template opens as a native Sheet — editable, shareable, mobile app ready.
- Add the hours formula next to your first day row:
=(B5-A5+(B5<A5))*24and drag down.
Why not a direct “copy” link?
A live copy link requires someone's Google account to host the master file — we keep the site account-free, so instead you get the raw file and a one-minute import. The result is the same sheet, but you own it (and your data never touches our side — there is no our side).

Frequently asked questions
Is there a template for Google Sheets specifically?
The .xlsx and CSV files here import into Google Sheets natively (File → Import). Once imported it behaves exactly like a Sheets-native template.
Can multiple people fill one sheet?
Yes — share it inside your Google account as you would any Sheet. Our site isn't involved after import; everything lives in your Drive.
