Biweekly ≠ 80-hour overtime
The sheet has two week blocks for a reason: federal overtime counts per workweek, not per pay period. 41 hours in week one and 39 in week two is 1 OT hour — not zero — even though the total is 80. Keep the blocks separate when totaling, or let the time card calculator (biweekly mode) split them correctly.

Biweekly or semi-monthly?
Biweekly = every two weeks, 26 checks, two months a year with three checks. Semi-monthly = the 15th and last day, 24 checks. Same template works for both — label the period dates accordingly.
Does this work for 9/80 schedules?
Yes — the two-week layout is exactly what an 9/80 (8/9 schedule) needs. Remember the workweek boundary: it determines OT, not the biweekly total.
